It was dirty and most of the gas pumps were out of service and what they did have for gas was at a premium but had elected to gas the truck up there since it was a gas station. The parking lot was cluttered with people selling things and food trucks. The general condition of the facility was poor and dirty. I didn’t feel particularly safe there while waiting on a ride share to pick me up.
LORIE WCharging a dollar per mile is actually crazy rate. Also this location is probably one of the worst places I’ve ever been
ALEXANDER WTruck was not left for us in the condition it should have been We spent an additional hr cleaning and drying out the truck The windows on drivers side were left open and the back door to the truck was left open and we had to dry it out with towels Additionally there were cigarette butts and a syringe I dont understand the charge of 166.84 and an additional charge of 22.37 I appreciate the signage and requirement for cleaning the truck before returning however, I do not understand the fact that we were given a rental in that condition

Jill TI did not like that for the return process we had to load the app and figure out how to return. It took over 15 minutes. You should be able to return without an app
BRYAN LSelf service was very easy.
ASHAGRE BIt took 20 minutes to get approved after trying to sign in to get the truck. The key wasn’t in the lock box, lock box was literally empty, every call and call transfer took around 10 min of holding. Told I would get help with a refund and didn’t get it, was scheduled for the truck at 9:30 and didn’t get to start driving it till 11 messing the schedule of my day up.

Diana BCharged me 13.50 for fuel but returned truck with same fuel level. 29 dollars to rent but after mileage/surcharges/taxes and fees It was $98. Make that make sense.
Kristopher WIt wasn't a nice experience. First, they didn't have the sizes truck that i required. Second, they didn't have the extra equipment tgat we required. It took longer to self- checked then I expected. But after all the delays and talking on the phone with costumer services, they made it work.
Stanley PThe lady attendant at this location didn't really know much about the U-Haul return process. I used my app. This location was very run down.

James. HIt was very inconvenient for us to use the mobile pickup. We had an extended delay, had to call the customer service number, and then after the customer service assistance found out they had incorrectly modified our reservation. They changed locations without asking us or notifying us. I then got a call from the local manager that was extremely frustrating - stating that we had not returned our vehicle appropriately, which we had, via using the mobile drop off. Overall this year I have rented nearly 40 uhaul trucks and this has been the worst experience of them all. I may choose another company moving forward if mobile pickup is the only option available in my area.
