I opted for a front desk checkout. When I got there, the guy at the gas station, hands me, a cellphone didn't tell me why he was handing it to me. I asked 7 times the person on the other end of the line, who am I speaking with? And why am I speaking to you with no answer? As to why I was handed this phone. I'm not even gonna get into the details on this. But that was just really strange, very hard to understand he couldn't understand me. I couldn't understand him and the issues just continue to compound with this process. By the time I finally went to the truck, I looked at the fuel, and there's less than a quarter of a tank in this thing. I made it 4 exits down the interstate, before I head to pull off and get fuel to continue on with my journey. There was no checkout process.It was just drop the keys off and leave. I'm used to somebody coming by and verifying that the truck came back in. Good working order, and that no damage had been made. So now I have to keep up with all my videos and photos of the truck in case something shows up on the finalization. This process was horrible, and I do not recommend it.I will never, ever pick up a truck from that location again.

Bradley FThere was no dolly. First time experiencing this. The guy in the store told me that I could buy one from Walmart for 30 bucks. I went to Walmart to get one. It was $70. There was no dolly for 30 bucks. I signed the papers without seeing the gas level in the truck. Truck had less gas than he showed me on his phone. The truck was very old and not very clean.
