The people at this location don’t know how to properly handle the rental. No paperwork when picking up truck, entered the wrong check-in time resulting in me getting charged for 2 days. When returning the truck the person at this location said she was new and didn’t know how to help remedy the situation. She was not at all familiar with the U-Haul rental system. I would never rent here again.

This is a gas station. This is their primary business. While we got the truck needed, it took more time than anticipated to receive.

Sandra TIt took 45 to get the vehicle because the Internet was too slow and they were waiting on gas station customers. I did not receive a printed copy of any of my paperwork. The gas station was not equipped with parking to accommodate the truck and regular customers. No one asked for my id or verified my identity, when I dropped off the vehicle there was no checkout or paperwork. Seriously disappointing to have my pickup location moved because the original location was too busy and to receive such substandard service.
