TRENT LUHAUL spelled like cigarette smoke. We picked it up after hours so we weren’t able to get a new UHAUL until the next day when the location was open. The lady was very nice but it made a huge inconvenience on our moving process having to get a whole new uhaul. We will not be using this location in the future.

TONY SAgain, great experience at this drop-off. Took seconds to accomplish the drop-off with opening times on Sunday (bonus - she did the checkin and I didn't have to fiddle with the website or app). She had a trailer moving dolly so it was unhook, and drive away. She took care of the rest. No complaints.

GISELLE VI went to another U haul location to get my vehicle wired for pulling a trailer. They couldn’t do it due the plug didn’t work on the rear of my vehicle. Do I hard wired it myself, went to the original dealer picked up the trailer used it and was done in two hours. The original dealer was very helpful.
