Jeffrey Wfix the on-line/web system. I was unable to edit the reservation once it was made. I couldn't "return" the rental equipment via any cell phone or via the on line system.

JEFFREY AThe rep was helpful and kind and checkout and returning was easy. The trailer was old and needed a new seal as seen in my checkout photos and could use some help making the door move more smoothly. One box did get wet, so some of my books are damaged.

JEFFREY AVery nice and explained about fuel for the truck AND the lock box if I needed to return early Original email I was not able to access license. Truck drove great with ease. LENA on Friday when I made the reservation was very friendly and I told her I chose their location because of the comments on line. The lady on Saturday when I picked the truck up (did not remember her name) was nice, prompt in explaining the rental. Both ladies were very knowledgeable. Yes I would recommend this Uhaul rental business
