The customer serviced and attention to detail was excellent. They made sure the trailer was clean, connected properly and all lights worked before I left the lot. The trailer itself rode smoothly and carried everything very well.
Tom GSTAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WHEN THE LIGHTS ON THE TOW DOLLY DIDN'T WORK, SHE ARRANGED FOR A P/U OF A TOW DOLLY IN CALAIS, ME B/C SHE DIDN'T HAVE ANOTHER ONE. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP. HOWEVER, THE LACK OF EQUIPMENT AND THE POOR SHAPE OF EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE MAKES ME NOT WANT TO EVER RENT A UHAUL AGAIN.
mark pThe windshield on the drivers side leaked like a sieve, needs to be repaired asap. Also check oil pressure guage and potential oil issue before putting vehicle on road again. This is not a reflection on the location but attributed to those responsible for maintenance of vehicles.
