The vehicle wasn’t even checked in from the previous customer, the staff members did not offer for a walk around, didn’t offer any help or assistance. The truck was not even at a quarter tank which is A MUST. I don’t feel I was treated fairly and paid for someone’s mistakes. I am highly unsatisfied and will be calling to talk with someone on Monday morning.

Cell service isn’t great so when dropping off truck, the app wouldn’t work.
