As for the location, online they said they were open till 6:00 pm but were closed when we got there at 5:30. Had to drop off the keys in their little box. On top of that, I rented the truck to transport items from Alma to Ionia. But I could not return it to an Ionia location, instead I had to take it further to Sheridan. Then I get charged because I go over the miles allowed to Ionia by 8.7 miles. That does not seem customer friendly to me. And frankly how can you help me and then the next customer would be nice.
CONNIE AThe vehicle wasn’t even checked in from the previous customer, the staff members did not offer for a walk around, didn’t offer any help or assistance. The truck was not even at a quarter tank which is A MUST. I don’t feel I was treated fairly and paid for someone’s mistakes. I am highly unsatisfied and will be calling to talk with someone on Monday morning.
Cherokee MCell service isn’t great so when dropping off truck, the app wouldn’t work.
