The Senior persons attitude was very poor I felt i was annoying him. Seemed to want nothing to do with UHAUL When I approved younger Guy checking the Truck, he was very good nature and helpful. Key boxes very hard to access, I am 5-10 and lock was at my chin levell as well as very close to drop box so I had trouble entering the code correctly. Online drop off, pickup very difficult to use and takes 10-15mins for online support..JOHN DAVID P.
The vehicles right turn signal was not working which very concerning while driving. It was unsafe and illegal, I could have gotten a ticket for that. Please ensure that the vehicles are functioning fully as per the highway laws.Irfan S.

I ordered 5 blankets but didn't get any. I booked the van over the phone for Wednesday August 24th but they booked it for Tuesday August 23rd. Good job I checked and was able to make the change. This is the 3rd time I have booked a vehicle in the last couple of months so this was disappointing. They never seem to have my info in the system which is a bit frustrating considering I've used U-Haul so recently.Dianne F.

Location is packed with computers, not very good maintained . Representative tricked me about the U-Haul insurance. When I completed the form online I choose not to take the insurance. At the store the representative add the insurance without letting me know that he will charge me for insurance. Very upset and disappointedWelyam M.

We returned the van at approximately 2:45 pm and there was a note on the door saying they were gone on break until 4pm. We should have been notified that they would be closed. Although we booked it until 6pm we said we would probably be returning the van earlier.. We wanted to complete the transaction in person.. Luckily I am satisfied with the final invoice..Elaine B.

What I will say is the gentleman working behind the counter was extremely friendly and very quick going through the process. My last experience with a U-Haul rental was a terrible experience and lead to look elsewhere for rentals. However, my experience on May 19th at Sheridan Computers has brought me back to being a U-Haul customer.Doug B.

I am not sure I understand your charges - if you charge per kilometre (0.59) - why do I have to put gas?! Drove 61 kilometre but had to put gas for 26 dollars to make it FULL TANK againâ€¦ 2 hour rent advertised for 19.95 ended up to be 107 dollars?! Your website sucked, it was impossible to navigate without it crashing every few seconds even though I was using 5g in a well populated area. I ended up wasting 30-40 minutes just trying to pick up the vehicle. I would never recommend your company to anyone.Asad K.

The U-Haul system double booked me and another customer. We had to change our reservation date and time as there was no other van available. Moreover, the online check in system was not available at this location even though the U-Haul booking portal said it was.CONNOR D.
The van was dirty and smells very bad, a lot of damages on the outside was not marked, the mileage and gas both wasn't reported correctly! I would definitely not use this location next time!Obada A.

When I called the main Uhaul customer support number with questions about a rental, I got a recording saying the wait time was 62 minutes and offering a call back. I waited by the phone call. The call back came, I answered, it hung up me. I called the location, and the individual there knew very little about pre-authorizations for deposit, and other basic rental questions. I crossed my fingers, booked on-line, and hoped for the best. It all turned out; but, with no assistance or guidance from Uhaul.Adriano S.

Please ensure vehicles are clean and sanitized before someone uses them. There was lot of dust on dashboard and steering which we had to clean up ourselves. Also, some garbage was left on passenger side. We had no idea that key has to be deposited in a box outside the store but had to call toll free who explained procedures after hours.SUNIL B.

The Location looked like a storm had gone thru the shop. The van wad dirty in the back. The instruments showed that the left back tire needed air, but when checking the air pressure was OK The instruments did not allow to read the milage. Van had lots of garbage within (photo previously provided), including a used COVID-19 mask... this is unacceptable during COVID... and rear left tire needed air as indicated in warning message. Location was convenient and rental was ready... elsewise this was a poor experience.BRUCEG K.
Tariq, the owner, was friendly and efficient for checkout and return. The van was decent in cleanliness but I was expecting better during COVID-19 (dust on the dashboard and in the cup holders, empty water bottles underneath the passenger seat). I would definitely not rent from Uhaul again. not only did I get terrible service from the authorized dealer, but calling to report my experience has also been a very disappointing experience. I made numerous attempts and waited over 45 mins each time and my calls kept getting disconnected. initially I was going to book for another weekend, but will not be doing so now and would definitely not recommend it.
