Hi. My billing was about $82 but they charched me ($90.24). I just used of cargovan for 2 hour and 41 km. Yhis price has not fair. I dont knor for what charge me more???

Francis nLots of check in issues through the browser. Website not user-friendly. We had to talk to an agent to guide us on how to do a self serve check in. A pdf instruction to follow would have been great. It took an hour and a half to finally get in the truck.

Doug BOnly area of improvement to offer was I had asked for moving blankets on the website, but this location didn't have them. All locations should have everything offered on Uhaul's website. Otherwise, the experience was easy with no issues.

Sahib SI had originally reserved a vehicle at another location but when I got there the vehicle did not start. I was on hold almost an hour before they found another vehicle at this location. I was very frustrated as I need the vehicle and had to go to a further location after an hour on the phone with a U-Haul rep. Overall was not happy.
VITTORIO SI had a reservation for 2pm till 5pm on Friday. This branch had put a banner for out for lunch till 3:30 even though i was at the branch at 1:50pm. No body was their to help or assist. Tried calling uhaul customer service but no one helped and hung up. Worst experience ever.
Muhammad HThe location has many parking spots and open but the phone signal for Rogers is terrible. Prepare to take 30min to self check-in with your phone and another 20min to return the van. The app should also be updated. When the self check-in or out process stalls or crashes, it doesn’t seem to be able to pick up where I left off quickly. Wasted a lot of time.

ishan iI've asked for a dolly and it wasn't there. It was impossible to contact somebody and I was charged for it.
Ezequiel LNeed to fix the lock. Had a tough time opening the lock. Was great to see the customer service. They immediately called helped with various options and also tried to arrange another location in case this did not work out.

Martin CThis location run in a computer shop is mightier than it looks. Fast check in and return. The owner of the shop looks a bit too serious but is actually eager to accommodate my needs.
Sean DSheridan Computers Personnels were not nice, they called me one and half hour after drop off(dropped off the van 1 hour early)and told the van key is not working , the guy was rude . Had to go back to the location to check on the matter and he send me back with out any explanation Plus the cab was not clean, loading area had water on its floor at one corner and had to clear it for moving stuff.

SRINIVASAN RThe Senior persons attitude was very poor I felt i was annoying him. Seemed to want nothing to do with UHAUL When I approved younger Guy checking the Truck, he was very good nature and helpful. Key boxes very hard to access, I am 5-10 and lock was at my chin levell as well as very close to drop box so I had trouble entering the code correctly. Online drop off, pickup very difficult to use and takes 10-15mins for online support..
JOHN DThe vehicles right turn signal was not working which very concerning while driving. It was unsafe and illegal, I could have gotten a ticket for that. Please ensure that the vehicles are functioning fully as per the highway laws.

Shubham KI ordered 5 blankets but didn’t get any. I booked the van over the phone for Wednesday August 24th but they booked it for Tuesday August 23rd. Good job I checked and was able to make the change. This is the 3rd time I have booked a vehicle in the last couple of months so this was disappointing. They never seem to have my info in the system which is a bit frustrating considering I’ve used U-Haul so recently.
Dianne FUhual mobile sign in process can be broken where it automatically jumps out of the page where receiving key lock box code. Phone support was terrible with Uhual
YOUNGJUN SLocation is packed with computers, not very good maintained . Representative tricked me about the U-Haul insurance. When I completed the form online I choose not to take the insurance. At the store the representative add the insurance without letting me know that he will charge me for insurance. Very upset and disappointed

Stephen VWe returned the van at approximately 2:45 pm and there was a note on the door saying they were gone on break until 4pm. We should have been notified that they would be closed. Although we booked it until 6pm we said we would probably be returning the van earlier.. We wanted to complete the transaction in person.. Luckily I am satisfied with the final invoice..
Elaine BWhat I will say is the gentleman working behind the counter was extremely friendly and very quick going through the process. My last experience with a U-Haul rental was a terrible experience and lead to look elsewhere for rentals. However, my experience on May 19th at Sheridan Computers has brought me back to being a U-Haul customer.

Christopher DI am not sure I understand your charges - if you charge per kilometre (0.59) - why do I have to put gas?! Drove 61 kilometre but had to put gas for 26 dollars to make it FULL TANK again… 2 hour rent advertised for 19.95 ended up to be 107 dollars?! Crazy, any taxi will be twice cheaper… Not good

AMANVEER CYour website sucked, it was impossible to navigate without it crashing every few seconds even though I was using 5g in a well populated area. I ended up wasting 30-40 minutes just trying to pick up the vehicle. I would never recommend your company to anyone.
Asad KThe U-Haul system double booked me and another customer. We had to change our reservation date and time as there was no other van available. Moreover, the online check in system was not available at this location even though the U-Haul booking portal said it was.
CONNOR DThe van was dirty and smells very bad, a lot of damages on the outside was not marked, the mileage and gas both wasn't reported correctly! I would definitely not use this location next time!
Obada ARented a vehicle not fit for the road, location was aware and did nothing to find a suitable vehicle. Moving is time sensitive and some times you have no other options.. Would not recommend
