I am not paying for a two day rental but a 24 hours it was a local move 20 miles 43miles total. I am retired Air Force and rented a storage unit from this place â€œSherwood Storageâ€ no discount. (Not your problem but they are representing two businesses. I was told don't worry about sweeping out storage unit. The next day my friend went in to use bathroom and was handed trash. I mentioned that because I didn't get along with the employee. Back to u-haul I went online and checked to make a new reservation I could get the rental for 24 hour period. The young man had a issue with me from the start and I told him that's what I want. He leaving at 6 pm if you have back in by 8am I'm like no a 24 hour period is what I'm payingROBERT H.

This was by far the worst rental experience I've ever had. I had to travel to 3 different locations to pick up my full reservation. Even after calling before my reservation to confirm that everything would be ready for me and correcting my email address that the person I reserved with inputted incorrectly, everything was still incorrect. They wasted 4 hours of my time in order to finally be able to pick up my truck and auto transport. They chances the price that I was originally quoted. I also had to ensure they did not rent off the trailer that I had reserved before I arrived with the truck that I had to pick up at the location before. The poor staff has constantly deal with irritated customers because the Uhaul management continuously overcooks them. According to the second location I was sent to, â€œthis happens 7-8 times a week.â€ Learn to book a simple appointment prior to pick up.trevor S.

The first truck we we were dispatched did not have any tail lights or breaklights on the passenger side. I was given a smaller truck that was so bad that I would not ever get a vehicle from this location. The second trucks alignment was so far off that in orser to go straight I would have to hold the wheel 90 degrees to the right. Then it also had an exhaust leak that was both audible and I could also smell it.JEREMY A.

This was my first time using uhaul and the team members at both locations we're not very explanatory about the gas he just said to put gas in it . So I thought it needed to be filled up so I filled it up. It ended up costing way more than needed. He didn't explain that it only needed to be filled back up where it was at. But he did take off our extra millage that we had drive on the uhaul so that helped us out. But your team members just need to be more explanatory.Amanda G.

Pricing is misleading. 20 dollars a day in town became 50 quickly for a total of 16 miles total driven. I understand you want to make money, but most people who are moving are on a budget. I can bun 50, but let me know it'll be 50 before I show up to rent. Just be honest in your advertising.Earl D.

The Staff was wonderful. They tried their best to make a stressful situation better. The only complaint I have is the actual system they are using went down and it delayed my moving day by an hour. not fun. PLEASE GET THEM A BETTER SYSTEM. We stopped at the warden road location in Sherwood, that location was beyond unacceptable the staff was rude didn't say a word to us the gentleman at the front desk walked right passed us we stood there for about 10 minutes before someone came up from the back he was also not attentive and said he didn't have anything without listening to our request. We called up to the location on 107 the entire experience was great and the person who helped us was friendly from start to finish. I had issues upon returning my vehicle on 15th Feb, it took almost 50 minutes to try and find an solution. It was not even corrected properly. Your computer charged me for two days use but only had for 8 hours. Then to try get refuned was impossible because no one gad ever done it, not even your manager. Have the program to check in on line working . You cost me $45 for the moving men because you system was not working. It was NOT the internet it was the uhaul program This location would not help even though they street told i would be returning the truck on sunday.
