I will never recommend U-Haul the moving company to anyone they changed their policy from you just paying for the truck and mileage to keeping your deposit as well! So you $100 plus the truck fee and mileage all because people have â€œstealingâ€ their trucks! Which of course if I knew that upon renting the moving truck I would not have rented the truck. But I wasn't told that either when I came in to U-storage and place my reservation which I find very sneaky and underhanded. Nevertheless it's cheaper to just book a moving company and save you back and your money!!! And let them do it! Because U-haul isn't the business to use!Venesssa W.

Make sure you read the fine print. Mileage is only allocated for point A to point B. No mileage is allocated for pick up location to point A or from point B to the drop off location. U-Haul seems to find a way to charge extra for mileage. Unethical and highly disappointed.CHRISTOPHER C.

At the uhaul I rented from was freandly and under standing. See I had a blow out I had to wait a 90min for the repair I was told I would be compensated for my time when i call I was connected to the call center asking for more time due to the delay and I was told no because there was a reservation on it. When I arrived the guy the asked me why I brought it back so early I was told because the call center told me I couldn't have it for a few more hours. I think is messed up. Oh ya I was by a uhaul when I had my flat it was about two miles away I was late and I couldn't finish delivering my car to the shop. So thanks for not caring about the customers I will let my military buddy know to stay away. The location was good but the call center is horrible.NATHAN S.

I thought when you rent something you have it until your done and you're charged accordingly. By the time I got there to pick up the truck I reserved, he had already rented my truck to someone else then charged me $10 more because he had to give me a bigger truck. The cup holders were sticky and nasty because someone didn't clean them out. We have rented a Uhaul several times this past month, because we moved, but we always rented from Opt in Cabot. My son and I were in a jam and Chris at the U Storage in Sherwood, Arkansas went up and beyond to help us get a trailer for transporting some items that needed to get to the destination the next day. He made sure our needs were met and did exactly what he said he would do. And it was much appreciated.ROBERT B.
I had a reservation on the U-HAUL app that let me pick up at 7:30, however when I arrived it then said it was not a 24/7 pickup location. So I had to wait until it opened and didn't get to leave until 8:30. Nobody called to explain that either. The times should be blocked off to avoid this inconvenience.JAVIN S.

Estimated miles for my move that were not enough and had me bringing a uhaul back when I wanted to drop it off where I moved to. Things need to be done a lot better because it's already a lot to move but have extra bs from you guys doesn't help.JESSIKA G.

My AT i rented broke down 150 miles from Atlanta . It was scary. Uhaul did get it fixed but I had to get a hotel Room . No one called me back and they didn't check my rental in until 4 days later. I cancelled my return rental. Ohhh boy!GARY P.
Had reserved this rental at a the Lonoke AR location. After waiting 30 mins after the agreed meeting time the owner calls and said my rental was dropped off at the Sherwood location 30 mins away. An hour round trip out of the way. Was not my best experience but it is not this locations fault, they were great. The Lonoke location was a let down, after calling four days in advance and reserving, being told they open at 9 am and finally getting a call back at 9:30... business still not open and my rental was at a different location 30 mins away...DAVID F.

The checking out and in of a rental truck was absolutely ridiculous. The website is absolutely no help. After having issues picking up the truck for hours they apparently lock the account after 15 minutes late for pickup and we had no idea. Horrible experience.jack L.

Truck was dirty. Service tire pressure sensor light was on. No walk around together to mark scratches or damage. Triangle road safety sign box was un sealed. Only 1/4 tank of gas.radio had loose wire and shut itself off every time road was a little rough.WESTLEY L.

Truck had a bad sensor that needed to be replaced. There was a warning light on the dash. I asked about it and the gentleman said to ignore the warning light that he had put air in the tires that morning. Friendly personable staff. Clean location and the truck was clean. It was a horrible service. When I Tried to return the uhaul using the link he provided it would not allow me to return it do to the person who checked me in put the wrong miles on my contract. It was my first and last time using uhaul. Now I see two different charges on my credit card for his mistake. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.LATRINA C.

Great service. The issue i have was with my original drop off location on MacArthur. There was no where to park, the office never picked up the phone or called me back. There was no one there to help. Calling other Uhauls in the area i kept getting useless answering machines that couldn't help me and couldn't connect me with a human. That alone makes me consider never using Uhaul again. Moving is stressful enough without not being able to contact you.PHILLIP D.
