Thomas HCheck engine light and tire pressure warning lights were on. Left door was hard to close. Ordered an appliance dolly and the counter staff said “that comes from U-Haul” when they said they didn’t have any, and I said “so does the truck, and you seem to be able to keep track of those.” System was down and the guy said, we can’t rent anything to anyone today — So no other solution? Finally came back on and he added insurance with telling me. He said it was already on the reservation (it wasn’t). Just not a good experience.
Michael CDidn’t have truck, 2nd truck didn’t have wipers, had to go back to first place to get wipers replaced, then got threatened to get the police called on me with an attitude where I dropped it off at, because they said they didn’t see the truck….. had to drive up there and show them the key and the truck was already in their yard. That they had already moved around in the yard before hand which made no sense to call me threatening to call the police for a truck they already moved around in the yard
