Unfortunately we were unable to return the key at the time of truck drop off, as we couldn't open the after hours drop box. We had contacted U-Haul via 1-800 # for direction, however he was unable to assist us any further than confirming the location of the drop box. It would have been nice if the individual that we were on the phone with could have contacted someone from the local (Bobcaygeon) location to obtain direction on where to key. We had took the truck key home for the night as there was no other option. We woke to a text message the following morning from what we assumed to be an individual from the Bobcaygeon location indicating that someone had placed a pad lock in the drop box, which jammed the box and made it unable to open. The truck key was then returned after 3 attempts to drop it off. I believe the on call presence of a local individual would have been beneficial in a situation like we experienced.

JEFFERY PTo improve, read the fuel guage correctly so you don’t send a message to the customer indicating that there will be a charge for fuel. I will say that Heidi was helpful and cooperative when I contested the fuel level and she deleted the charge.
