BIENVENIDO Ewhat the fuck it was so terrible. customer service tormented me for 30 min on the phone in in 30f degress outside.... also the dolly etc that i paid for was completly missing from the truck...
Ryan HThey charged me $100 more than what was stated in my quote and initial contract. On top of that, they didn’t apply the $50 credit they promised me. At the pickup time, the vehicle wasn’t ready, and they asked me to return the next morning, assuring me I’d be reimbursed with that credit. However, not only did I not receive the compensation, but I was also charged more than the amount in my booking contract.
