Actually have the keys and someone ready at the location. I had some random person come up, explain nothing, and give me the key to a van out of a lockbox that was inaccessible. Customer service had me open all lockboxes for keys I wouldn’t use. This was a complete lack of awareness and poor management. I will not be using uhaul again.

CHRISTOPHER RIt wasn't so much the location but rather the actual uhaul brand experience. I had issues with my booking, the app didn't work, your system was erroneous, I was passed around to 5 different people to resolve my issue which took 30 mins and apparently it was all because of an issue your end. You charged me a late fee from a previous booking, which I paid, but you hadn't marked it as paid on your end and so the app wouldn't allow for my new booking. The app couldn't explain any of this to me of course, so I was totally in the dark
MATTHEW WThe location is easy and accessible, but the self-check in process was slow and had a lot of errors. The app didn't work at all, and in the end I had to use the browser on my phone with the assistance of a Uhaul representative (who was excellent) to pick up the truck. It took me about an hour to pick up the truck.
