This location was for mobile pickup and drop-off only. The people at the location were not helpful. The dolly I ordered was not available. This caused significant trouble in moving our furniture. The mobile app did not work for me at pickup and pictures were not uploaded. The back of the truck was dirty and had items from previous user.

CALE MActually have the keys and someone ready at the location. I had some random person come up, explain nothing, and give me the key to a van out of a lockbox that was inaccessible. Customer service had me open all lockboxes for keys I wouldn’t use. This was a complete lack of awareness and poor management. I will not be using uhaul again.
