DORA BThis review is for U-Haul and not where I rented from. I mistakenly purchased excess gas to 5/8 instead of 1/2 where I met it and U-haul will not give me credit for that. Whereas if I do less than what I met there, I will be charged $4.75 per gallon. That’s fraudulent. What a bad service!!!

Saiful ITook to long for me to even get access to the U hual , The application used via phone to upload pictures of my I.D was tedious and not working took the agent three different phones including my own to commence the process the truck was given to me so filthy I had to clean all mirrors and windows to even have visibility while driving .

JULIO CCharged me for gas while the meter stick stayed the same. The tank had only 35% in it. Charged me for an entire tanks worth of gas. Did not have a ramp as was supposed to be provided in which lengthened my trip having me over stay my due time with the truck, as I was hauling a heavy item up with a dolly. The excess miles was because of how bad the communication was. They scam people here. It’s utterly disgusting. I have photos as proven referencing of all alleged claims and to prove my points. Video evidence. It is unfair how the lied about the ramp. The guy who was giving me the keys at the location was in the phone with the U-Haul admin was speaking on how the truck had no gas and I heard it all. I even recorded a piece of what the conversation was. The admin told him to just give it to me. As conservative as I was with the vehicle. These people are scammers and shouldn’t be in business as they are dishonest and try to con people.
Kevin HRente un vehiculo por 4 horas mes escatime en ser muy pyntual a la hora de la entrega, el asesor de servicio me recibio la llave y como estaba atendiendo otro cliente le parecio facil no sacarme del sistema y cargar otro dia a mi tarjeta . Verifiquen las camaras yo tuve el vehiculo de 9:30 a 1:05 pm y por negligencia hacer me un doble csrgo y ahora nadie responde eso es robo.
ARGELIS RReturn instructions were okay, parking space was very limited, had to go around several times. Did not find any personnel at 8pm (presumably outside office hours). All in all, it was alright, but not the greatest experience.

HASAN UThe guy at the laundry was rude I had to waited until he called someone to speak with me on speaker, the lady over the phone was asking me to do the check in when I had done it ahead of time, Finally I got the nastiest truck ever, the front was full of bird poop, inside was dirty with garbage on the floor, the back interior was dirty as well. I had to get home to wash the truck myself before using it. I regret not to get it from home depot.

Raymond AThis was one of the worst rental experiences of my life. Masha was wonderful, but the company and the corporate service they provided was horrible. I reserved my vehicle three months in advance and was promised it in a location nearby. The day of, I was told to travel two hours away to pick up my vehicle. THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY CAR LIKE PROMISED. Then after PAYING $60 to get to the WRONG location, they gave that truck away that I was supposed to have. They had to contact that person and beg them to come back so that I could take it. Just imagine how that went. I spent the morning on the phone with UHAUL and was promised a discount that I was not provided and a credit card reimbursement that I was also NOT PROVIDED. AWFUL. TERRIBLE.
MICHAEL CI got charged an extra $130+ on my Uhaul bill. Now I have to wait for a manager to contact me within 24-48 hours. This is serious BS. I was overcharged for no reason and even the location doesn't understand why. The back end service from Uhaul is horrible,
