The vehicle was filthy with bird poop everywhere. The gas tank was on empty. The cup holder between the driver and passenger seat kept falling off. Other things were broken

Kamruzzaman CUhaul was sent pictures of me not recieving equipment but being charged for it. I made a complaint and called it in, and they still charged me for it DESPITE SHOWING I NEVER RECIEVED IT. And also shadily Had 10-15 :extra miles than showed but didn’t get a chance to show that picture before hand (on first rental) . Example (it’ll say 60 mile on odometer , but in reality there’s 72 and. Basically already charging you 12 extra miles you didn’t drive.) Terrible long customer service and nothing resolved. All this for $30-40 dollars over charge. Should’ve stuck with HD brand instead of this nonsense.
