The representative at this location snuck in the insurance coverage charge without disclosing it and asking for my authorization. I did almost everything online prior to coming to the office to pick up the keys. During my online check-in I declined the coverage Thinking that I am just signing my online check-in paperwork, I signed quickly without verifying everything and considering she did not point out that she added the $15 insurance coverage charge, I'm inclined to think she took advantage of me being in a rush to get out of there. I would like that $15 refunded.

PATRICK MI came around 730 and the U Haul customer service said they open 8am. Some gal was already there closing out my ticket. Prompt service. Glad I went there to return.

JOHN LThey cancelled my appointment. I was only given a 15 minute window for pick-up which is absurd when people are packing and moving. I showed up to get my van and my reservation was gone, cancelled by them. I had to wait 45 minutes to get another reservation. I have rented with U-Haul countless times and this was an awful experience, absolutely awful.
ANGELIA PThe business is quite excellent but the process that U-Haul requires to complete a rental is overbearing.
