The representative was very kind BUT!!! This location is sketchy as hell to return a truck to at night. SO many homeless people came up to me and were watching me return this truck to the back specified lot that I returned it to in front of the Albertsons next door and on the other side of the businesses. Also, the UHaul server was down so pick up took an hour instead of 5 minutes. The representative was very kind and gave me a perk or two for the extra time it took which was wonderful. I recognize these issues are out of control of the pickup location. But wow, the system being down made me late to helping my friend move and the sketchy drop off situation made me feel unsafe, so I won’t be returning to this location, even though, and I want to stress this, the representative was very kind and awesome!

Jess LThe process for returning this truck was very stressful, it is making me reconsider using U-Haul ever again. I don’t like the multiphoto submission process, and the location is not good. The drop-off is right next to a bar and at night it’s not safe. For example, a drunk bar guy came over to sit on the sidewalk a few steps away and mumbled nonsense while watching me. Not happy.
