jose mIt was not clear where the pickup place was hwen you drive up to the building. It was clear around the other side of the building . I don’t think the “U-Haul app” is necessary! I want to talk to someone about my problem. And it it’s not easy to use! BUT - my goal was to get a good working truck and I did! That part was excellent. The staff inside the SHOP & PACK - once we found it - was excellent also!
