First of all, I was dealing with one of the guys and then here comes the other guy trying to be the big bad boss or whatever trying to tell this guy what to do with his rude self so he told me I had to get the insurance I did not want the insurance. I said I never heard that before I’ve never gotten it you know maybe once but then he went on to say well you can just go back there then which really pissed me off because why are you being rude and he charged me for the insurance anyway and then they charge me after hours fee. That’s not my fault it’s closed on Sundays. But with this insurance, it asked me if I want to decline it and I said yes so I don’t know what kind of documents he trumped up but they asked me and I said checked declined they’re gonna get a bad review for me and half a star if that.

MARCELINO PLimited internet signal lead to a long process of inspecting the vehicle and submitting photos. Even with checking in on UHaul's website, the entire process took longer than expected, mostly due to having to submit inspection photos via the UHaul website. Otherwise excellent experience - very friendly and helpful staff, and very clean vehicle.

JENNIFER LFix the air conditioning in the building. Giving the employee just a fan in 110° weather ain't right. Other than that, it's all good.
Angela VIt took over an hour to receive the equipment. The clerk had to make multiple calls to figure out how to check out the equipment. I left a message for Ryan the district rep to discuss a discount for having to wait over an hour and NEVER got a return call. U-Haul should highly consider terminating this dealers U-Haul license.
Robert SWe received an hour before that they didn't have what we reserved at the location we specified, so we had to go to THIS LOCATION. Once there, there was a mix-up in the reservation; they had me for a two day reservation when I only needed it for a one day reservation. THIS location provided a clean cargo van - both inside and out (vs. the other one we rented a couple of weeks earlier was dirty, smelly, & contained some of the previous occupant's belongings in the door slots). The staff was very nice.
