Odd employee who wants to over control the simple task of returning a moving van. Insisted on a DMV type inspection of turn signal operation, headlights, brake lights, etc. I opted to avoid him on the second return and use the self checkout. He walked out to the parking lot and inquired why I had not returned his phone calls, despite the fact I was returning the truck an hour early. Wanted to know if I had a problem with my cellphone because I had not returned his recent voicemails?! He was unhappy I was parking the van obviously in sight of the store within 100', the side location was full. Asked me to move the van to the end of shopping center, I said sure, he then followed me a second time and said he was unhappy with this location as well. I said I'm going to complete the self checkout on the app, I'm not bothering with your safety check routine and you are going to have to move the van yourself to where ever you favorite location is. I rented 5 vans in the past 2 months with no problems except this location and this employee. I certainly have better things to do (like unpack boxes) than to write a negative review, but this guy's condescending, over controlling attitude deserves one. A
