Strayed off ok. When we got to the drop off point, the business was closed. THERE WAS NO DROPBOX FOR KEYS. It said online it was open until 10, we arrived at 7. So I called uhaul to figure out an alternate plan. We were directed to proceed to another drop site over 120 km away and promised that we would not be charged for the mileage. So we went way out of our way and did the drop off. Received an email the next day from Adam Boughton from Uhaul in Manitoba. Surprise, they are charging for the extra mileage because according to Adam “you could have just left the vehicle there and put the keys in the Dropbox. THERE WAS NO DROPBOX GENIUS.And he will not return emails or phone me despite multiple attempts by me to contact him. So I got charged over 200 extra because their Dépôt was closed, there was no Dropbox and I added significant distance to my trip and paid for the fuel. If you have any options other than uhaul I’d suggest you use it

DAVID GTerrible trucks. Had to trade one out for another bc check light on. ABS light came on with the second one while on highway! Not clean behind or beside seats.Nobody at original location when I booked last week told me to pick up at completely other location. And the latter was absolutely terrible parking lot; really great employees otherwise at Park St. Regina but next time I will simply rent a covered trailer and pull w truck instead of these old decrepit vehicles that everyone trashes when they drive them.

Stephane PBoth truck we got were dirty in the back. I had to sweep.them.both out. There are decals stating the renter needs to return them.clean. I am that guy that returned both trucks clean. The trucks.ran perfect and the ramps work amazing

Ralph BThis company was a nightmare to rent from. They didn't accept debit, they didn't accept cash. I don't have a credit card. I was stuck having to get prepaid cards to even attempt to get a truck. I ended up getting my truck an hour and a half late. I'm now expected to pay an extra 150+$ for 30 extra miles. This has been my worse experience with U-Haul and I will no longer accept a third party U-Haul company again. This location should not be kept open in my personal opinion.
MARIE FNo personnel on the Saturday, barely anywhere to park the large truck due to its size and snow covered spots. Uhaul app did not work for returning the truck. Uhaul over charged me.for fuel and mileage.

LUCJAN LThe truck was not preheated, and it was -30 C out. The rear door was frozen shut, and the agent pretended not to understand or care, he said it was our responsibility. My husband spent a half hour banging it with a wrench to try to knock the ice off. They had no way to heat it, they said. About the office itself, it was hard to find, it’s a big empty warehouse and lots of second floor steps to offices. It was upon leaving that I noticed an un labeled white door, that was unlocked, I stepped into a staff room. I call hello and a lady called back from down a hall. She was helpful in leading me to the agent for the rental. Finally we had ordered a dolly with the truck, which, you guessed it, wasn’t in the truck and they didn’t have one available. Definitely shows they have the monopoly on moving trucks in Saskatchewan, they really don’t care about the customer.
