This company was a nightmare to rent from. They didn't accept debit, they didn't accept cash. I don't have a credit card. I was stuck having to get prepaid cards to even attempt to get a truck. I ended up getting my truck an hour and a half late. I'm now expected to pay an extra 150+$ for 30 extra miles. This has been my worse experience with U-Haul and I will no longer accept a third party U-Haul company again. This location should not be kept open in my personal opinion.
MARIE FNo personnel on the Saturday, barely anywhere to park the large truck due to its size and snow covered spots. Uhaul app did not work for returning the truck. Uhaul over charged me.for fuel and mileage.
