When i go to that location, it was hard to find DROP OFF BOX, and we are unable to drop the keys and there were few persons over there, and we are not sure they are from u heal persons or not but we had no option, we gave the keys to them, but still had some doubt, then immediately i called to u haul customer service for the confirmation it would be great if they provide it easily, so that customers can access it with out any issues!
