The guy checking me out was very helpful, as he checked lights, he noticed blinker not working, helped me fix it and was able to go about my day,will return whenever I need a rental,the establishment represents the u haul brand in a very good light.

We were suppose to pick up Uhaul at hooked marine parts and when we got there , they were closed . I was to say the least irate . I had to have this to move my daughter . I rate this location very poorly . Thank goodness for shockwave he was kind enough to get me the Uhaul and transfer everything to his location for pickup . I don’t know what we woul have done without his help . Very stressful situation. Never woukd I rent from hooked marine parts ever shockwave saved us.

Freda CMy first location I reserved trailer closed their store 3 hours before I was to pick up trailer so the second location I was sent to didn’t have a trailer after I drove there so I was sent to third location and finally got trailer but had to drive to another county . What a crappy experience
