We arrived onsite for our drop off time. Our return location has been changed with no notifications. The staff member told us we would have to drive to New location as the lot was full. We had to advocate for ourselves and he finally called someone and was able to take our vehicle. Both our pick up and drop off locations had been changed with no warning which was very frustrating.

MARK FAt first he wanted to charge me 60 extra dollars when I returned the truck. When I asked for details he decided it was no charge.

JOSEPH TThe trailer could actually be felt pushing on my sons truck! The brakes are not adjusted properly and after drop off I did mention to uhaul employee. I also had the car trailer rented 915 am ti drop off at 7 pm and payed gif 1 day and got a mere $2 back discount. I think the kinmount uhaul needs more employees with English capability as they even screwed up my booking date I wanted it on Saturday the may 31st and for some stupid reason they wrote down Tuesday. Definitely that location will have scrap uhaul & poor communication

CHARLES NThis is the worst Uhaul outlet I've ever used. We had booked a truck in advance and the people who run this place refused to honour our booking and the price we had been quoted. They attempted to charge us over $600 for what would have been a $90 rental. We were required to call Uhaul customer service in order to release the truck and at the price we were quoted. The vendor claimed their POS machine wasn't working and wanted to write down my credit card information which seemed like a scam. We did eventually just get to enter the credit card directly into the computer without them seeing. When we got the truck back to our house, over 2 hours later, we opened the back and it was full of chicken poo and shavings and had clearly never been cleaned. We had to deal with the situation by calling uhaul customer service again who helpfully resolved the situation but we had to drive to a different uhaul depot to get a different truck. I will never rent from this location again.
