Chatham U-Haul locations are always stellar. The dealer in kinmount should put forth an effort to speak English.
DOUGLASC CNo signage telling you to enter the convenience store for service. Huge pot holes in compound. Almost impossible to navigate in the compound and after dropping off the unit a day early I was charged a late fee. As stated above Lucy took care of the mistake right away.
