No rep was present and I had to wait. I used the trailer for 24 hours but was charged for 2 days. I was charged for a dolly and blankets but never requested nor used any, nor was any given to me. The trailer still had garbage in it from the last time! The rep was not present for the return for me to tell him, and I’ve tried calling the number of the location and there was no answer.
