JAYDEN AThe truck we had reserved was in behind other trucks and absolutely covered with snow. To the time constraints, we ended up taking a smaller truck. My son was left to clean the snow off of it while I did the paperwork. Everything else was OK, but would recommend a little more preparation in advance of the customers arrival when they had made a reservation.
