RICHARD KThe vehicle was clean. The problem was the vehicle carrying tow dolly, the tire ratcheting mechanism was rusted and needed to be sprayed with WD40, the straps also slipped off both front tires while in transit to my location, in order to make the straps work better and not slip off of the tires, air had to be removed from both tires which was an inconvenience once my location was reached. The safety chains were not long enough to secure the vehicle for my liking but I did make due with what I was given the best I could. Other than the iteams explained above all was fantastic.

Robert MEverything was fine except the app was so much more difficult to navigate than going in person. Way too many steps and the app locked up which made the pickup around a half hour.

William TLast customer left the truck with less than 1/4 tank of gas. Not knowing how much gas the 15’ truck goes through, I filled it up spending about $90 on fuel. Left the truck with 3/4 full tank. Would be nice to get a discount since it was left with no fuel and I left it with a full tank for the next person.

Leonard VWhile the location was great and the people there are amazing, UHaul in general is a joke. Advertising $29.99? WHY??? The final bill was $210 and I barely went over 100 miles. What a joke - such a shame you have to hook people with that.
TRACY OVery pleased with the van, new and easy to drive, Chris was great, took care of the rental completely. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who need to rent a truck or van.
