Everything was fine except the app was so much more difficult to navigate than going in person. Way too many steps and the app locked up which made the pickup around a half hour.

ROCCO MDrop-off was easy and fast.
William TLast customer left the truck with less than 1/4 tank of gas. Not knowing how much gas the 15’ truck goes through, I filled it up spending about $90 on fuel. Left the truck with 3/4 full tank. Would be nice to get a discount since it was left with no fuel and I left it with a full tank for the next person.
