JOSHUA OThe clerk at this location was very friendly and she noticed the extra few miles on the odometer, because of having to locate the hand cart in Hermann, MO. This clerk having nothing to do with the prior situation promptly dismissed the extra few miles and apologized for my inconvenience. Excellent customer service and we felt better about the previous situation.

And this was after I received a last minute call from UHaul moving my pickup location 45 minutes away from the original location - which added 1.5 hours of time (driving there and back to the house) for two people.

Scott FWe live in iron mountain michigan, we had to drive to sturgeonbay Wisconsin to rent a cargo van. That was the closet location for a cargo van.142 miles away from our home.
Sara BI actually did on online/after hours drop off but I've been in this store many times. Always helpful. Cell service is weak in that area; online turn in was slooooow.
WILLIAM SI was sent a confirmation to pick a trailer up at 7:15 when in fact the location didn't open until 8:00 . This caused me great inconvenience.

DARIN BI ordered a van. I got my order sent over to a different location for a 10 foot truck. I did not want a truck.Took me time to get my order flipped back over to the place with a van. Linda was supper nice helped me get things right. Had to do a paper contract due to computer issues. Maintenence should be done after hours on the computer not when people are to use things.

milton lThe U-Box I received was damaged where some type of object had rammed the side and split the plywood, leaving a hole open to the elements, which could have let mice in, had I not alerted them to this. I didn’t notice it until I had moved my 2 heaviest items in, so I wasn’t going to unpack to get a new box. Shore to Shore fixed it from the outside after I dropped it off, as I had asked, but it should never had allowed to be rented out in that condition.
