The clerk at this location was very friendly and she noticed the extra few miles on the odometer, because of having to locate the hand cart in Hermann, MO. This clerk having nothing to do with the prior situation promptly dismissed the extra few miles and apologized for my inconvenience. Excellent customer service and we felt better about the previous situation.
