Mark WPicked up truck with less than 1/4 tank of gas had to fill just to get home, (have picture of dash/gas gauge/milage) Returned with 1/4 tank of gas and and you charged me $25 for gas and $30 service fee to fill... Not happy, want refund...
RANDALL SNever rented a truck where you had to do all the inspections yourself. Doing it on the phone worked ok I guess.

jamie bIf you advertise 24 hr pick up there should be a back up plan for when the GPS locator doesn't work in a specific area.We called customer service and it was terrible wee just kept being transferred and put on hold we sat on hold for over 30 minutes then tried to go to another location and rent another truck or get some assistance and could not get either. We had to wait for over 2 hrs to rent our truck with movers waiting at our house.I blame U Haul not the owner of the facility where we rented from,because this is U Hauls customer service. The truck worked great.
David WI ended up paying $150 for 57 miles and a 17f truck??? I was even charged for gas and I left it exactly how I revived it, I have pictures. The equipment sucks, trying to turn off at every stop, I requested to have insurance removed as I gave very good insurance, he never did… I been renting with you guys for years… I just moved from Miami to Ocala one way and it was $450 so how did I end up paying $150 for 57 miles. I will post this everywhere I’m able and will make sure that everyone I know is aware that Uhual and this location are stealing from customers
ana rI had rented a dolly and moving blankets as well as the truck. There was only a truck since I was using remote pick up. There was no one to contact when I called the Gainesville Florida office. They transferred me to another entity. I sat on hold for 25 minutes. Poor customer service all the way around.
mark jWe rented a trailer and we don’t have much experience in backing up, so the u-hail employee backed the trailer into the space for us. I am 72 and have used u-haul over 20 times and although this was just a trailer, it was by far the easiest and best experience ever…..!!!

larry hThis was not the location I was supposed to drop the truck off at but Dave's Minit Mart wouldn't take it. The location we dropped the truck off at was closed so we just used the key drop. Can't rate this location
John GGet rid of them. They gave me a 41year trailer for a 900 mile move. It had bad wheel bearings and a a tire that was showing cords in the tread area. If it wasn't for the road service provider (Archangel Repair Service) we would have been stuck somewhere between Silver Springs, FL and Pittsburgh. Thank you to Archangel Repair and Vicks Auto Repair. They both went above and beyond to help us and we will be forever thankful for your help.

gary sThe location I was instructed to drop off the trailer would not take it! I was instructed to take it to another location, I think it would be a good idea for U-Haul to make sure the drop off has space for the equipment before making the reservation.
narvin bCheck vehicles for cleanliness. The fact that roaches were crawling through the truck and now even after treating for them, found some on my belongings pisses me off.
Jeremy GMy only complaint would be the gas gauge stuck, so I ended up adding more then $30 in gas then was necessary for return. U-Haul didn't even attempt to discount my final bill. That was very disappointing.

Peter CMake sure equipment is safe & don’t tell customers it’s 24-7 pick up & have equipment that is rented there liked agreed everything was bad & the van I rented had to be Towed away the dolly wasn’t there I had to go to another location to pick it up the van pulled to the right the brakes hasn’t safe the van pulled to the right I had to keep it pulled to the left to keep it on the road it smelled like burnt oil I had to wait one hour an 15 minutes for the place to open all though I had signed up for 24-7 just the entire experience was awful
