The location I was instructed to drop off the trailer would not take it! I was instructed to take it to another location, I think it would be a good idea for U-Haul to make sure the drop off has space for the equipment before making the reservation.
narvin B.Check vehicles for cleanliness. The fact that roaches were crawling through the truck and now even after treating for them, found some on my belongings pisses me off.
Jeremy G.My only complaint would be the gas gauge stuck, so I ended up adding more then $30 in gas then was necessary for return. U-Haul didn't even attempt to discount my final bill. That was very disappointing.
