The inside of the building can look more presentable. It was very junky and unorganized.

First of all, when I ordered the truck, I was not too familiar with the location. I ordered the truck off of the U-Haul website. The location did not say anything about renting a truck from a MOBIL GAS STATION!!!!!! I am so use to the location in Romeoville and let me tell you I will NEVER rent from any other location. I had no idea and if I knew, I would've changed the location. At the gas station the person did not go over everything like he should have and when returning the truck, he had to enter information from his PERSONAL PHONE (but on U-Haul site). I was not okay with that at all and lost my s**t on him until he explained everything. Will not recommend this location at all and had no idea the U-Haul did anything like this!
Lataya DThe truck had fresh paint that was a bit sticky. The back door kept flying open when we hit a bump. Had to stop several times and close it. Yes it was latched all the way down. Was a pain, luckily nothing flew out.

Tony QVehicle was dirty. Driver and passenger seats were full of hair (lots of hair). No gas in vehicle. Vehicle was returned and employee did not know what to do to document return. I will not return to this location and will be looking for vehicles at other locations.
Nayda FThe van size that I rented was a taller slightly longer cargo van. They only had one van that was smaller and did not have any way to fix it as they told me to contact U-Haul directly. Also, the van side door could only be unlocked from the inside, which made it a pain in the butt to keep crawling in there to unlock the side door. When I told them, they said sorry contact U-Haul. The least that should have happened for not having the right van that I reserved and for the van side door to not function properly should have been a discount in the price.

Francisco AI had to go to an alternate location to get the vehicle. The check in process was a disappointment, and the inside of the truck cab was filthy.

Riley DThe employees were not trained on how to use the system. It took an additional 30 minutes to get my truck for a mobile pick up which should have been me showing up and picking up the truck.
