Pickup was at 4 pm and I was told Christmas Eve is closed so drop it any time no rush we won’t charge you Next day at 12 noon I was charged for next day.

JOHN DThe team at the facility, was very friendly and helpful. My issue was with the truck. It was clean. However it needed to be maintained, due to the following issues: the ignition and key need to be serviced as it was very difficult to start, the engine was not running smoothly, and a check engine light was on, there was a chip in the windshield, the seats were ripped in several places. If they would fix these things than it would be perfect.
CLAUDIA JKey needed to face a specific way and be in a certain position to start the vehicle. Tire pressure light was on. Attendant assured me it was fine. It was not. Front right tire was half of all other tires. Made for a very awkward drive. There were no instructions for drop off except drop keys through door. How do you know I dropped the vehicle off on time? Did I get charged appropriately? I have no idea.

STACY MUHaul as a whole needs to improve on their customer service mobile app. I in countered multiple problems while trying to rent and return the equipment. The mobile app needs to be desperately over hauled to make the customer interaction more user friendly. With the problems I had, I will not be renting over the weekend anymore from UHAul!!!
Andre HThe LOCATION was fine... but the U-Haul system was down and there was no recourse but to wait. I am not sure how a business can operate without a backup plan... paper contracts... U-Haul corporate needs to get on the ball.

CARLA CVery disappointed you changed pickup and drop off location on me at last minute. Causing me to pay more to Uber to drop me off and me pick up. I ALWAYS request moving pads, but NEVER does anyone have them available for rent when I get there.

hu cOnline pickup failed and I had to wait 30 mins for someone to show up. She was miserably ill and wearing a mask. Told me the don’t open til 8:30 ( door says 8 and I was able to schedule 7:30 pickup. 2nd time some the online pickup has failed and cost me time. Never again.
