KENDRA CI arrived at about closing time, but received full attention and was able to rent a truck and take care of a local transport need. Ms Julie was thorough, quick, efficient answering any and all questions. I received the follow-up communications, receipts, etc. as promised. The vehicle was clean and well maintained - which was much appreciated. I would certainly recommend Short Pump Simply Storage to any of my friends or family in the future.
JOHN DEverything is just so easy at Simply Storage, from renting U-Haul vans, renting spaces, and access to the storage units. Everyone is pleasant and always helpful, from office staff to property maintenance.
KATHARINE APickup was at 4 pm and I was told Christmas Eve is closed so drop it any time no rush we won’t charge you Next day at 12 noon I was charged for next day.
