It may have been because I am younger but I was told to "not be late because there is a reservation right after you" in a tone that made me feel as though they thought I was untrustworthy or not respectful of their equipment already. This individual also took a similar tone with a Uhaul employee/representative who entered the store as I was talking with another employee. Overall glad I am moving and don't have to conduct business here in the future.

Richard H.Location was very easy to find and equipment was very clean. Only problem was uhaul gave me the wrong address, but thankfully someone from Shouse Surplus called me to confirm and gave me the correct address. The address on Yadkinville Rd is the correct address.

Also, please fix your rates via online and sum up how much gas needs to used all together. People would really appreciate that rather than coming in and expect a whole different number being thrown at your face. Furthermore, put uHaul services in locations with better customer service. That place a full ongoing joke waiting to shut down.

Ben Davis S.Be clear and upfront about your cost. And hidden fees. Don't wait till the rental is turned in and charge the customers card double the amount. Be sure all cost is communicated throughly and understood by the customer. No one likes to see unexpected charges to their credit card after the fact.

Robin C.Customer service at the U-Haul 1800 number was terrible. The agent was rude and quick and didn't help us at all with changing a reservation time. She told us we couldn't and had to wait until the U-Haul location opened in two hours. We didn't think this was true and we're able to change everything online.

I return the trailer Saturday at 5:30pm which was just after closing. If the cutoff was 5pm I misunderstood, but with the unit back on their property I shouldn't been charded the $8 for insurance...
GREGORY R.I had to rent a 10' truck from here. When I got there, the truck was ready, clean, and the service inside was friendly and excellent. Plus, at the end while I was dropping off my keys, I looked around the shop and found several great finds!

BATZORIG P.The truck was in terrible condition. The good thing is that our moving distance was short because this truck would not make a long distance driving. The truck was jumpy and hard to control and bad breaks. Smelling dog. I was afraid that at any moment the truck would stop completely. I have not gotten back to the store because I already had lost almost two hours going to a different place to pick up a truck because the first one I have reserved wasn't available (reservation #26829201). My moving was between Winston-Salem and Clemmons and I had to drive to this store to pick up this truck completely opposite direction.

JONATHAN T.I would have loved a notification or call letting me know that my size truck wasn't available at my chosen location so I didn't go there first expecting to pick up the truck. Then finding I had to add 40 minutes and miles to my trip because I have to go way out of the way to get one. Then have to go another 40 minute round trip to pick up my trailor in a different location. What should have been an easy experience turned into a cluster.
