I scheduled a trailer pickup at 9:00 am at Platinum Auot Detailing. They wouldn’t answer the door or the phone, so I called Shouse Surplus 2. They transferred the reservation and took care of it.

Have professional employees that do not charge extra fraudulent payments that they than claim they do not see the payment applied and they do not care we were charged $122 and do not care that we will not receive the payment back. There were no applicable reasons for the extra $122 charge and when I asked the employee why it was charged he became belligerent with me, screaming at me that I was banned from ever returning to the store, physically and verbally threatening me and calling the police one me. He also would not give me my phone back when I asked him to speak to my husband to explain about the extra charges. He screamed at my husband that he was calling the law on him and when I demanded my phone back he continued to back away from the counter so I could not reach my phone. He was extremely violent, had no professional attitude, threatened me and my husband multiple times and called the police when he was the instigator. He told me to remove myself from the store, used it extremely vulgar language with me the entire altercation, danded I stand in an adjacent parking lot to wait for the police while he ran in and out of the store multiple times screaming obscenities at me. The girl working behind the counter had no idea how to do her job. She stated, "I just write the receipts, I don't know anything about the business." The belligerant man told me to call uhaul to find out why we were charged an extremely high amount of money. It was a uhaul store, why did he not have any knowledge about the products he rented out. I will be reporting this to the corporate office and am in the process of filling charges against the man that assaulted me. We have spent thousands at this store, have rented ugauls with them 4 or 5 times and this man does not need to be working there! I was also told the first 50 miles we're free when I signed the contract. When I returned the uhaul the belligerant man told me there were no free miles. I was charged for 200 miles. I did not drive the uhaul out of town. I calculated my miles and it totalled 105-110 miles. The only mileage I put on the uhaul was from my old home to Jew home which equaled 72 miles, two trips to storage that equaled 24 miles and 4 trips to the gas station that were on the route between the houses and storage. I also put a total of $100 in gas into the uhaul. It was the worst, most violent transaction I have ever had in my life with any so called professional business. I will be filing complaints with everyone involved including the BBB, ubaul, the business I texted the uhaul from and I will advocate for other customers to never use this business so they are not subjected to the abuse and trauma I was subjected to! The man actually tried to physically have an altercation with me as well as using every deragatory statement he could use against me!

I was expecting a $10 fuel charge when I brought the truck back with a gauge in approximately the same place that is I pick it up. But was charged $10. 63 for fuel I don't understand that nor do I appreciate it.

They double charged me and charged $45 to drive half a mile down the road and put in less than 1/8 of a tank of gas hours later, even after already charging for fuel originally. Will not recommend this location to anyone.

I am very unhappy with the process of returning the vehicle via a phone app. I was unable to get it to work, returned the vehicle the same day, had to talk to customer service and send a picture of the gas gauge and millage, spent time on hold listening to a recording telling me to fill out a survey and still got charged for a second day.
