David MNot specific to this location…. Allow users of app to see what specific vehicles are available at each location. This would prevent call backs from dispatch requiring alternate pickup/drop off locations that disappoint customers.
Cindy DI was very frustrated with the drop off proceedure from U-Haul. U-Haul sent me a text the day before drop off and switched the drop off location to Endeavor, WI rather than Westfield, WI as was planned. I had to call U-Haul back and spend the time to have them switch back the location to the original place. Very unprofessional to do this to customers.

JERRY LThere was nobody there to receive my trailer in mid afternoon. It took me half an hour to handle all the communication with Manchester NH as to how to return it. Not to mention that the return location was switched on me from the time of my original reservation from a location 10 miles from my home to one 35 miles away. Totally dissatisfied with the retrurn process.
Stephen MFor a senior who doesn’t know how to work computers it was not a pull in and drop off even if they were not working as I expected. I had to get my daughter to figure it out. Then she had to get back in her car and drive back to the trailer for the location to work or something and take pictures. I did take all kinds of pictures of the trailer and drop off site when we first got to drop off site. I should have just returned it to slathers. Thought I was making it easier for myself.

Andrew RLocation was closed. A sign told me I had to use the ap to return the vehicle or pay an extra fee. I didn't have the ap. I installed it and tried creating two different accounts, my partner did the same we were unable to pull up my contract to return the vehicle since we didn't make the reservation on the ap. Called customer services twice, finally got someone who could help us, they talked us through returning via the website, that didn't work either. He finally made notes on the call so we wouldn't be charged an extra fee. Spent over an hour trying to return the vehicle. Got home and yesterday got a bill for an additional $25 because your website under-estimated the mileage. Massive pain in the behind and very overpriced. WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!
Jenne OThe location was fine, the guy i spoke to that ran the location was polite. It was the U-Haul customer experience that was awful! We were pushed back about an hour because my husband spent over an hour on the phone due to a "glitch in the system" that i was told later on is a very common thing... what?? This was for a pretty heavy situation and we were on a tight timeline for the day so it just added a lot of stress. I then spoke to someone after the fact who said they would give us a refund and got an email for money off our next rental. Yeah right!

Al RThe return process using the app was not great. It showed I wasn't at the location, I was right in front of their door. It also would not allow me to upload a photo. It was so frustrating as it also required me to call customer service and I had to send them pics to prove I wasn't lying. Overall just very displeased with that process

Robert BThe location I rented from was changed on me at the last minute. I was sent to a different town altogether and then unable to make the pick up. I had to return the next day and still unable to pick up. After over an hour and a half with help from customer assistance finally it went through. But then I was charged for the extra mileage. We were late and lost our help. And then charged extra at drop off for extra mileage. I had plans to use a truck again to pick up our furniture but at almost $400 a day I guess I will have it delivered

Axl HI was doing the remote pick-up, and was told that I could pick up at any time by the owner of the location. This was not true, the pick up time mattered and I ended up spending over 2 hours at the location after hours trying to pick up the truck.

STEVEN SThe facility says it is open until 4pm. We arrived at 3. No one was there. We weren’t sure where to park the truck. Hope where we left it was ok. We did the after hours drop off but it took longer. We hustled to make it there before they closed and they were closed.
DANIEL MThe man working this location asked to change our pick-up time, and we obliged. He called while I was on the way, and I told him I’d be about ten minutes late. His response was, “ ah, Christ”. His entire demeanor was abrupt, rude, and dismissive. Given the distance we had to drive to pick up this truck, which was an hour away, I think he could have been a little friendlier. We were not impressed. The truck was fine, albeit a little dirty in the cabin. It got the job done. The guy who helped us could use an attitude makeover, though.
