The owner was rude on text messages. I was moved to a location an hr away, and he was mad I wasn't there on time. If he doesn't want to deal with people then he shouldn't rent uhauls out

I called before he was open meet me there picked up the trailer and was on the road in 15 min thank you great service.
JERRY LThere was nobody there to receive my trailer in mid afternoon. It took me half an hour to handle all the communication with Manchester NH as to how to return it. Not to mention that the return location was switched on me from the time of my original reservation from a location 10 miles from my home to one 35 miles away. Totally dissatisfied with the retrurn process.
Stephen MFor a senior who doesn’t know how to work computers it was not a pull in and drop off even if they were not working as I expected. I had to get my daughter to figure it out. Then she had to get back in her car and drive back to the trailer for the location to work or something and take pictures. I did take all kinds of pictures of the trailer and drop off site when we first got to drop off site. I should have just returned it to slathers. Thought I was making it easier for myself.
