Unmanned location. Dirt lot with grass. Luckily it wasn’t wet. But had no issues dropping the trailer.

I called and asked if there was a uhaul available the day before. I told him I wasn't out of work until 9am and I'd head over sometime after to pick it up. I get there, and the reservation timer was set for 8:30am. It made my checkout time 8:30am Monday morning or I'd be charged way more than quoted. When picking up the uhaul, I was also quoted much less than what was charged to my card, even though I returned it early, cleaned it, and put more gas into it than I recieved it with. Moreover, the man that worked there was probably the rudest person I've ever dealt with at a business. I will definitely not recomment, nor deal business with them in the future.

Everything was great until we tried to check out at drop off, could not get the check out app to finish checking out, had to use app to check out as it was Sunday and business was closed, other then problems with the app, everything was great

For staff to unhook dolly when I returned it instead of telling me to unhook it as I had an injured right arm.

The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and wished me well with my move! They only gave me one set of the moving blankets I wanted, but it ended up being completely fine.

Gas tank was completely empty. Literally drove 20 feet before the gas light came on. No one wants to start their day of moving by having to fill up the truck. It's like going to a restaurant and having to wash your own dishes before they cook your food. And if you bring back the truck with LESS gas than what you picked it up with, then you have to pay like $10 a gallon. So they overcharged the last guy, pocketed the money, and left the truck empty to be the next person's problem. Lazy. Take some pride in your equipment. I returned it with half a tank because I'm not a jerk.
