The location was very unorganized and unprofessional. The truck was not cleaned and it was parked in a manor that made it difficult to get out of the parking lot. I had to back it up multiple times. Fortunately I had a spotter with me that was able to assist me so I did not hit anything. When we arrived at the location, no one was there and the door was locked. We waited over an hour in the heat for someone to get there. We needed a truck with a ramp and apparently had to “upgrade” to a larger truck that costed MUST more than anticipated. The fuel was barely over half. It was overall a very poor experience. Probably the worst experience renting a U-Haul I have ever had.
