Tried to return trailer with 24/7 online return. It would not recognize the location and would not let me return unit. Tried calling 800# and was on hold for about 30 min. Owner of local location happened to drive by and see me, he checked me in with no issues. Bottom line. The local people are great! National customer service needs a lot of improvement. The online return is terrible!

I was told to fill the truck to 1/2 tank and did. It’s parked on an incline at bristow and Im being charged 6.38 for fuel when it was over the 1/2 Tank line

The gentleman that runs the place was very helpful, respectful and willing to answer any questions I had at the time of the rental since that was my first time ever renting a trailer

Air conditioner was broken with a high of 100 outside. And vehicle would randomly stop going and would have to stop and park vehicle to get it to go again.

Shut this place down i was threatened by this guy for 3 day and he kept telling me he has access to my card and he could an was going to Keep charging and makin stuff up to charge me and he did he kept saying I just weak back over there that's what the back of it out so then fill the gas tank up it was full where was supposed to be in get over charge me he's overcharging charge you 3 times now $149 $69 and $78 he's calling my phone threatening me talk about he will keep continue taking money on my card until he feels that he was freaking reimbursed and was paid for his time that he wasted never go to this place everj

Location is a lot without office personnel. After dropoffI received a call from Joe that he needed cash for fuel. The guage when dropped off was the same as when picked up. I felt he just wanted to pocket extra cash so I told him I would rather put another 5 gallon can in than be extorted for cash to go into his pocket. I will just cancel my next reservation as I don't want to.deal with it again.

The location owner was not at the store and had to wait on them to get there. My order location was changed three times and no text or email was sent on the new location change. Went to pick up the Uhaul in Cleveland and the truck was not there. it got changed that morning to Bristow without notice or anyone calling me and leaving a voice message. The order was placed on a Monday and the truck was picked up on a Friday. So after a week, it was very frustrating and time consuming to be able to pick up the Uhaul truck.

The operator was knowledgeable and friendly, however the trailer turned out to have a roof leak and our contents got wet and although blankets had been reserved none were available at the time of pick up.
