Office was small and dirty. I reserved the unit on Thursday for pickup on Monday at 9am. I arrived at 8:45 and the guy told me that he did not have the unit and it would be at least an hour before he could drive to another town to get it. He did let me get a bigger unit for the same price but that had me driving a truck 3 times the size I needed. He had 4 days to get this unit and failed to get it.

I can’t think of anything you could do different. It was excellent and Joe was very helpful and kind.
Stevan BDropped truck off on Sunday without any problems. Easy parking and key depsoit. I am frustrated that I was told the truck did not have a full tank of gas and to replace the same amount when turning it in. She specifically mentioned "the truck is 3/4 full - turn it in with the same amount" Now I have a charge for the fuel.
