Great location but street parking isn't allowed making it a challenge for a single person to pick up a rental truck. Also, make the app more responsive to input information. My check in and check out experience was delayed waiting for input info to process.

While i understand the need for a deposit on a vehicle, i was going to rent with cash but instead paid with a credit card to avoid a deposit on an appliance hand truck. The process for renting a hand truck could be a little simpler and easier to get through instead of the same as a vehicle.

The customer service line and support gave wrong information and inaccurate pricing each time I spoke to them the confirmation call never came. They gave me one pickup time and scheduled it for another.

customer service was extremely poor. did not answer phone or call back when messages were left. received no scheduling communication for picking up truck like website promised. Was unsure if truck would be available when contacted a week before pick up, Was not told that office would be closed during the regular stated business hours on day scheduled, making it impossible to claim keys for vehicle. Overall, very poor customer service and would not recommend to others.

The app for self pick up is terrible. The check engine light kept coming in off. I called in, waiting over 15 minutes to speak to someone, only to be put on hold again. This was a terrible experience

The truck was clean BUT the "check engine" light was on the whole time. We only drove it 8.5 miles each way, and we would not have wanted to drive it any further.

Make sure the Uhaul location notifies the customer ahead of time where the pick up location is. I reserved a truck online at one location but did not receive any notification that I would be picking the truck up at a different location. When I went to get the truck on the morning of my reservation, the person at the location where I reserved the truck did not know anything about it. He was kind enough to follow up with Uhaul and find out where my reserved truck was located. I then proceeded to the other pick up location where I was able to get the reserved truck. Not notifying me ahead of time that the online location where I reserved a truck was not the pick up location was an unnecessary inconvenience.

Nobody at this location, called a few times to setup drop off, but no response, finally dropped off the truck and called the uhaul regional office to complete the transaction

Clearly explain that the truck needs to be refilled with gas prior to dropping off. I was not aware until I went to checkout online, then had to go fill it back to it's original level. Seems like you don't explain that well enough when using the online scheduling and online pickup. Thanks!

I was over charged by $700 plus , and now being told it would take 5 to 7 days to refund my money to my account. That is theft as far as I look at it

I had initially tried using the app to pick up my truck because the uhaul store location was closed. Even with a call in reservation. The app would not work correctly on my phone, and after an hour and a half of trying things different ways and being on and off the phone and working through the website, I cancelled that reservation, went to the Onion road address, and she took 5 minutes and we were on our way. She was excellent. The app was slow getting me login information and did not have the most easily found instructions for use. When we finally figured it out with the help of a customer service rep, it would not allow me to upload my picture. Not sure if it was my location (i had full service but it could not locate me in a map) or my Android phone.

We dropped off after hours. Only complaint - VERY limited parking for the trucks. There is space for one or two, and my drop off made it four trucks on their lot. It was a conclusion to a very disappointing rental.

If they decide they are not going to be in the office they need to let clientel know. I was to pick up a truck at 1pm Monday October 16th and could not because there was a sign in the door saying they had to leave the office early. I was not able to get the truck them until 6pm that Monday and for that I missed out on 5 hours of daylight for moving. Also moving at night did not work in my schedule due to two toddlers that had to be in bed. So if I am charged for that second day of service because I had to do all my moving in 8 hours you must be crazy. I was 1.5 hours late returning the truck Tuesday October 17th. Now if I would have had the truck at 1 pm the day before I would have gotten all my moving down in the allotted time.
