The only thing - which I also suggested to the Customer Service Agent that I spoke to is that when taking photos upon mobile return, PLEASE change the order of the steps as follows … It makes more sense to show you a photo of the inside of the truck BEFORE showing you a photo with the door closed. Especially, for anyone w/hand or joint issues or a Senior like myself w/limited strength . Moving is hard enough without the extra weight of moving the door any extra … Feel free to call me to discuss if you wish. Thank you!

No working AC in U haul, very frustrating

Brett WThe app said to drop off the key in the 'orange box'. There is no orange box at this location, nor is there ay signage saying where to drop off the key. We put it in the deposit box and crossed our fingers that it would be okay.
