Truck was pretty dirty. The cab smelled like a locker room. The back had not been swept out in some time, had charcoal on the ground as well as nuts and bolts. Not the greatest having to clean before packing.

Richard T.Uhaul changed my pick up location 1 hour before pick up time. They made me travel 10 miles farther than my closer location making ME pay gas and MILAGE to relocate THEIR equipment on my flipping dime. I was furious! An hour before a scheduled move. U haul stinks!!!

Wojciech S.Communication was very poor. I reserved a fifteen foot truck originally for a full day as sales person was trying to get me the cheapest deal. Only thing cheap was the mileage going from .99 to .40 which I think was a lie. So I called uhaul the next afternoon wanting to modify as it was cheaper to reserve for five hours . Nobody called me at 6 to to talk to me about reservation. So I call 1800 number and was on hold for an hour and a half with nobody ever answering as I called at 6. After a struggle I finally got a hold of corporate and was able to modify. She never told me location would be change. So I got to bp at 11 as that was time I was supposed to pick. The location changed due to go hourly. Luckily they had a 10 foot truck so took that. Then a half hour later after the fact I get an email about new location. I also got a text saying they were going to contact me about reservation. The only time I received a phone call was at 530. If place communicated well it would been a good experience. Will propably go with Penske next time!! The pick up location was top notch as guy gave me 8 hours instead of 5.
Daniel M.Gas tank was lower than indicated on contract. I returned it with requested gas levels per contract. But still was charged for gas!! No examined exterior of vehicle before pick up with me or after return.

HARIKISHORREDDY C.Honestly I won't recommend this location because one it was hard to understand the people renting from there. Also I didn't get a paper copy of the rental agreement to keep in the truck like all the other locations I have rented from. Also I have no clue what the final cost is because they charged me the original amount when I was actually under the milage I estimated. Please review this location to see if they are working with your policies or if they are just making it up on their own.
HEATHER J.Vehicle is not at all maintained properly. It was completely covered by min 3 to 4 inches of snow including windshield. I couldn't even open door due to frozen ice. I was removed the ice using my hand only. I never expect his from uhaul. Also, vehicle was not having pressure in the tires.

Robert D.It's a convenient location with Sunday hours, which is what I needed. When we returned the trailer, the man working inside helped us park it. He was very friendly. I feel bad for the woman who was working when I picked up the trailer because I'm pretty sure she'd never done a U-Haul rental before. She said she doesn't work Sundays. Someone should've given her instructions before leaving her alone. I needed help hooking up the trailer. Two employees drove over and hooked it up for me. I appreciated that.
RACHEL S.First, the location was changed 2 days before the rental. Uhaul would not relocate the equipment. At the pickup location, no assistance was available to help hooking up the trailer.

SIVAKUMAR A.The receipt was not given at time I closed contract for my review. It was sent via email with an amount $8.77 higher than I expected and receipt didn't state what it was for. I did not like how that was done and will not return for future rental.
LONNIE J.I got charged $179 for my estimation of two trips with the truck. After I returned it, my final receipt emailed to me contained only one trip plus rental coming out to $118. So far I have not received any refund. Do not rent from this location.

paulette B.Where do I start first The employee releasing the van rental to me was not wearing a face mask 😷😡 Second the van was very nasty food stains pet hair all over the place I literally had to put a piece of cardboard on the seat to drive it plus roll down both windows just to breathe the smell was so strong 🤢drive to my house and disinfect and clean the van myself!! even then the smell was still horrible in there I didn't feel comfortable in there at all so I put garbage bags over the seats just to be able to drive the truck the smell was a horrible and persistent it lingered the entire time I will not rent from this location again I will only use a legitimate U-Haul facility

David W.The uhaul app was not working. The staff at the BP got me taken care of but this took 30 minutes at pick up and 25 minutes at drop off. Staff was great, but the technology failed to make this an efficient process.
