The attendant did a quick efficient job. The extra lights I ordered weren't there, and he didn't see them on my account so I never picked them up. I still need to call and ask for a refund.
Christopher DThe locks where the keys are secured do not work well and it took 20+ minutes to get the lock open. There was another renter there before us and they had mentioned that it took them 30 minutes to get their keys. This was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. Having a customer service rep in person would go a very long way to making the experience much better. The people on the phone were very good and put in a no win situation with the way your operation is set up. The rental truck was great.
Martin MI had initially reserved to return to a u-haul location. When I checked out the trailer, my return location was changed to this location. This is a liquor store which is not open on sundays, which is when I needed to return the trailer. So I have no idea if it's clean or inviting and there were no personnel.
Robert KWas very difficult to get the key because U-Haul changed my pick up location last minute and never changed from counter to mobile. It took me an hour and a half to be able to get my key and numerous phone calls. I had six people waiting to help me move that I was paying by the hour, customer service did not help much. Either was on the phone with them for another 40 minutes.

Gregory BI had to drive 1.5 hours here because the car tow dolly was here and not anywhere near the original location I selected. It was literally just a liquor store that happened to have 2 trucks and a dolly I’m not sure why it was acceptable for me to have to drive 3 hours with the loaded truck just to get the car dolly.

VISWAPRASAD VI originally requested a different location closer to my home and was informed that the truck I wanted wasn't available. I was told this location had the truck and when I got there they actually didn’t. They gave me a larger truck instead. Also when I got there the gate to enter was locked so my sister had to park on the side of the road by oncoming traffic while I got the truck. The place was closed when I got there so I couldn’t speak with anyone. Once I called uhaul I was able to figure out how to do everything online. The lockbox that contained the key was very tough to open. The truck that was given had an odor upon entry, stained seats and the gas was almost on E. I could tell it was a bit older too based on the sounds it made while driving. Overall I would not recommend this place.

Paul DMade me move the trailer after dropping it in the same convenient spot in the large parking lot, the same spot that I had both picked-up from and dropped-off to in the past. This is a pull-thru spot and he made me pull out and back-in to another spot 50 feet away!

Bobby CThis was not the location we had originally wanted, and it was about 20 miles away from where we requested and were originally scheduled to drop off the truck. No one was there on a Sunday afternoon and the steps that were required to return the vehicle were laborious. It was the end of a very frustrating day and to top it off, I inadvertently left something in the truck in my frustration after I had dropped the key in the box. I did reach out to the owner and he got the item and gave it to my daughter the next day, which was appreciated. Again, this is not his issue, it is simply the on-line system that U-Haul currently uses and the fact that a quote doesn't really mean anything once it comes time to pick up the truck.

Raymond MIt was extremely far. Having to bring it to my home from so far away is what resulted in my mileage overage charge. This is the second time this has happened. Meanwhile, there are at least 2 other pick up locations within a mile of my house.
Janine PIt was great, my trailer was ready and I was able to return my trailer the next day at 6am. I did call them around 4pm when I had a chance to see if they closed out my ticket. I had put the trailer back in the same spot I picked it up from, so they didn’t have to move it twice. The only thing I would suggest is someone take inventory on the equipment in the morning to see what came back from rentals or have an area for returns? On one side of the parking lot? Easy to pick up and return the trailer too. Right off Route 140, great location.
