TIM MThe location was great. The bad thing is in uhaul. I had a 26ft truck for sydney. Then 24hrs before they change my pickup to some place 60 miles away. Had to get a different truck to get one at sydney. For all the money spent on it and logistics that it unacceptable.
Michael VOnly thing I would mention is if you try to do the online check in, ask for Nick instead. The online check in on the UHaul site is not functional but Nick is fantastic and quickly figured out check-in for me!
Makaila DThe App is a POS. I had everything logged in before I went to pick up the trailer. Once I arrived everything I previously entered was gone. At the store I had to enter. my info multiple times as well. (i was at the store for 45 minutes trying to get my info to go in) In summary : Trailer good, Store Great, APP Horrible.
