Location was fine ...the Uhaul app is what was horrible! Very, very difficult to navigate! Can you make it anymore difficult? Seriously...not everyone is an app expert or has the latest smartphone. I'll avoid using uhaul ever again. I'm done

TIM MThe location was great. The bad thing is in uhaul. I had a 26ft truck for sydney. Then 24hrs before they change my pickup to some place 60 miles away. Had to get a different truck to get one at sydney. For all the money spent on it and logistics that it unacceptable.
