I had rented a truck at this location. On Monday, I called Crag, the local U-Haul representative, and asked him if I could return the truck to the Nebraska City location and asked if there would be any additional charges and I was told "No". When I returned the truck, the next morning I was informed that I would receive a $250 charge for dropping off in the wrong location. Absolutely 100% poor services. I will look to use another moving rental company in the future.
