The very young girl was very rushed in the morning, having iPad issues and we felt very hurried to pick up and go. Rental contract was sent after our departure. It stated we had mats and a dolly which we did not request or have in the truck. Upon drop off we brought this to the gentleman’s attention and he refused to alter the receipt • which also was in accurate in the price of the truck rental. Instead of 29.95 we were now charged $39.95 plus rental of mats and a dolly we didn’t have • the only resolution the man would offer us was a 905 area code to call to have the charges fixed on their end • refused to fix the receipt on his end and he already ran my credit card for payment • would never recommend Wilkins St. Depot in Belleville ON
